The view out the front doors shows the changes both inside and out. The huge zinc planters outside are potted with climbing trumpet vine and ornamental sweet potato vine. Stretch across the two planters is the top of the old iron arbor. Before, it was too low on the sides for people to walk under without hitting their heads. Now it has been re purposed into a more welcoming entrance so you don't have to worry about your guest bumping their head. :)
Here are a couple of pictures of the new color palette for the great room that brings the outside in. The huge stone fireplace now pops against the light green wall color. A lot of the wood work has been brought back to a bark brown in order to tie in with the ceiling's massive beams.
